Vol. 31 No. 1 (2026)
We are very pleased to publish the first issue of the thirty-first volume of the Coventry Law Journal. This issue covers asylum law, constitutional law and practice, freedom of expression, equality, prisoners’ rights, land law, and comparative contract law and dispute resolution, with pieces from former undergraduate students, a partner-university student from SWUPL in China, and our regular contributors – including a book review from Dr Rona Epstein, an obituary for Lord Mackay of Clashfern by Dr Stuart MacLennan, and a recent development from Professor Sukhninder Panesar. The issue is dedicated to the George Eliot Building, home to the Law School since the 1960s, as the School moves to the William Morris Building. We hope you enjoy the issue and look forward to your contributions for the next, due in December 2026, with submissions required by early November 2026.
The editors: Dr Steve Foster and Dr Stuart MacLennan
