Call for Contributions – Special Issue 2026
The European Journal of Legal Education (EJLE) is pleased to announce a Call for Contributions for its Special Issue 2026, dedicated to the evolving landscape of legal education in Europe and beyond. This special issue celebrates the 30th anniversary of the European Law Faculties Association.
This issue will explore both the traditional foundations and emerging challenges in legal education—bridging theory, practice, and innovation. We invite original, thought-provoking submissions that examine key themes such as:
✔️ Protection of human rights in legal education
✔️ Technology and digital transformation in legal learning
✔️ Integration of research, teaching, and legal practice
✔️ The active role of students in shaping legal education
✔️ European integration and international academic cooperation
We also welcome submissions on the role of ELFA and other law school associations in the development of legal education and on related topics that align with the journal’s broader mission to advance excellence and critical inquiry in legal education.
